At your first visit we go over your intake and get to know your needs regarding your physical and emotional pain. I ask probing questions on your pain issues, range of motion, emotional component and make a solid therapeutic plan for your healing and recovery.
I care for you and you will feel that in our talks, my energy and in my touch. I am present for you, I am engaged and focused on your needs and determined to solve your pain problem.
As we work together, you will be educated on the "why" based on Om Shanti training, intuition and years of professional experience working on the body.

Licensed Massage Therapist
I am an intuitive confident licensed massage therapists and body workers. I use multiple modalities to facilitate your healing and recovery. I intend to help relieve acute and chronic pain and help get you back doing life, without chronic pain wearing you out.
You will have sustainable energy when you're not using it up by clenching in pain.
By working together with neuromuscular therapy for trigger point release, there is potential for physical and emotional release and parasympathetic stimulation.
