Obesity is a huge problem causing chronic pain, disease, illness and poor self image.
A lot of people are in denial of their weight problem.
My decision to change
Years of emotional pain around my body image and marital stress . Was always told back in the day "you don't need to loose weight." Then I stopped hearing it.
Pandemic shut down, divorce, home schooling and stress of the world. I often starved myself with stress, but this and new happiness among the devastation, gave me room to again enjoy food. I ate my stress, anxiety and boredom. I started eating way too much sugar, carbs, wine etc. Whatever I wanted to cope with all the change in 2020.
A year of quarantine with so much change lead me to eat and drink too much with no will power, I was out of control and gained way too much. I felt gross and ugly and needed to reign it in and get control of myself.
New beginnings, new love and healing my heart from pain, included looking in the mirror and loving what I see. Meant being accountable for my actions by learning a new way of thinking around my intake habits. I just needed a plan that worked to get out of my rut. I wanted something easy, without force and without cardio. I wanted to not feel deprived of sustenance.
I desired to love myself, feel sexy, maintain long term health and feel confident in my body again.

2. I will send you a link to fill out the assesment form.
3. We will discuss this during our assesment call.
4. When we determine the plan right for you, I will set up your acct and help you edit your first kit.
5. Upon ordering i will send you resources and info to get you started. Your order takes 5-10 business days. We will choose a MOnday to start.
6. After start date, i will talk with you on day 1, 4 and 8. Then we will talk weekly. You can always reach out if you need me or refer to the apps and resources you will get when starting. Coaching with me comes free with the program.
The work is in the books and journaling. It is all structured beautifully to shift your mindest and educated you to better health.
The packaged meals are build to put you in a slow fat burn in 3 days. It is safe and doesn't AFFECT muscles.
The fuelings are desigend to keep you full, curve sugar and carb cravings and slowly burn fat. You will eat fuelings every 2-3 hours, drink lots of water to help fuelings work most effectively and a lean and green once a day. A lean and green is veg and a protein cooked at home. More on that later.
